We are a nonprofit Beach Club Civic Association (BCCA) comprised of 48 homes located in Wading River. Established in the late 1950’s, each home within the BCCA has deeded beach rights that provides them access to a private beach front area located on the north shore of Long Island. We pay annual dues to maintain the common areas, beach deck, stairs on two entrances and private roads. Most importantly, we are neighbors committed to keeping our beach front area usable, accessible, and beautiful for generations to come.
